We're off to see the wizard, the wonderful.. oh, wait. Jeremy IS the Wizard! I am the "Guardian of the Gates" of the Emerald City, who gave everyone green glasses so they would think the city was made of emeralds. My dearly beloved mother thought it would be an excellent idea to not only dress me entirely in green, but paint my hair and skin as well, so that it would look like I was being viewed through said emerald-coloured glasses. The fact that when people first see me, they'e not actually wearing the glasses, and once they were, they would make me green anyway, was deemed irrelevant. She was painting me green, dammit, and that's all there was to it! Looks like one of the youth group parties at St Marys. Boys Brigade band at the Croxley revels a loooooong time ago...
